The Incurables Program was originally taught by Dr. John Christopher. It is designed to cleanse the body and assist the healing response. The key to healing is to work on cleansing and building all the systems of the body. This checklist offers you many things you can do. We have added to Dr. Christopher’s original concept to be more inclusive. Even if you are not ill, consider adding some of these to your life. We’ve divided these under Body, and Mind & Spirit. We believe that body, mind and spirit are so connected and interrelated that you cannot effect one without influencing the other. Healing is a spiritual adventure. Be open to all possible therapies or tasks, particularly those which will stretch and heal your spirit. View these lists as posibilities on your road to health. Incorporate those that “speak to you”.
